Lane indicators are installed in highway tunnels or toll stations to indicate the open and closed status of tunnel lanes or toll station lanes. There are three operation modes: local direct operation, remote PLC direct operation, and remote operation through RS458. Up to 16 tunnel lane indicator signs can be controlled through the RS485 bus, and the address of each tunnel lane indicator sign can be determined by setting a dip switch, thereby achieving remote control of the display status of each tunnel lane indicator sign. The tunnel lane indicator signs have intelligent display status feedback, which is used for remote PLC or other devices to detect the display status, and can timely grasp whether each tunnel lane indicator sign is working properly.
